PRIMARY FOCUS AREAS

1. Organization Development:

• Build MADA membership from Montana aerospace related businesses and others.
  

2. Research and Development:

• Assist Montana companies in all phases of development.
  

3. Information Exchange:

• Develop, maintain and update MADA's Website and central database for aerospace technology information.
• Acquire funding database resources to assist Montana entities (e.g. The Community of Science, Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance, Current Research Information System).
• Provide seminars, mentoring, and training to assist Montanan's to access and locate aerospace related opportunities to compete at the national level.
  

4. Commercialization and Privatization:

• Assist current aerospace research and development, and manufacturing entities to commercialize their technologies and products.
• Identify aerospace related infrastructure needs and organize efforts to address those needs.
• Serve as the business development arm for Montana aerospace entities.
  

5. Public Outreach:

• Share the excitement of earospace technology discoveries with the public.
  

6. Opportunity Creation:

• Identify employment opportunities for Montana University system graduates and alumni.
  

6. Building Business:

• Support the building of aerospace technology related business.
• Work with federal, state, and local governments to address issues affecting business development.
